Bella's Burger and Pizza hub — Restaurant in Dublin

I used to order a lot in this place, as they have the best Catupiry special, but unfortunately on the last 2 times I got my order cancelled as they are having issue with delivery. One of the time I went to the place, and the service was terrible, we ordered 2 Catupiry special hamburger with addition of cheddar and bacon on the fries. When asked for the price of the addition the waiter doesn’t know the price of those additional, she said between 2 and 3 euro (on website, delivery app) it cost 2,50€. After that she asked us if we were able to wait about 20 minutes as the kitchen was busy. Then she come to us again and for our surprise, the hamburger was coming without fries on the same time because they got issue with the fryer and it was going to take few minutes and it came after we had finish our hambúrguer, about 20 minutes later.

On the second order, someone called apologizing and asking to order through the app ( Deliveroo, uber eats) if we would like to have it as they were having issue with delivery (again). When asked for a compensation, as we have got a discount of 15% off on the website, she said that couldn’t do anything for us, demonstrating some kind of disinterested on our order.

One of the best pizza 🍕 and amazing restaurant ambience. The restaurant is superb and has great ambience with superb music playing. I really liked the service of staff and fernanda was very very helpful and explained all the menu items in detail. They also have amazing burgers 🍔 and delicious sides. They also have an meal deal offer of 25 euro for 2 pizza and 2 drink which is very good deal. Location of the restaurant is nice and has good bus connectivity. I really liked the concept of their pizza where it comes in a nice rectangular box. The staff is superb nice, ambience is amazing and food is extremely delicious 😋. Ordered a takeaway halloumi burger thinking it was a burger made of halloumi (ie vegetarian). When I received I discovered it was a beef burger with halloumi. I returned to place and they flat out refused to refund or exchange for a veggie burger. I understand it was my mistake but a company that cares about their customers would’ve given me the benefit of the doubt.

From the below picture (from your own app ) people can see that it would be easy to make this mistake when doing a quick order via a phone. Either way, mistakes on orders are common enough and you didn’t show me any customer courtesy. You made money off me this time but you’ve lost any future custom.
