Bruno's Takeaway — Restaurant in Dublin

When you want REAL fried chicken and gravy, Bruno's is the place to go. The chicken is amazingly gorgeous, crispy deliciousness on the outside and juicy chicken on the inside - seriously! The chips are proper 'chipper chips' & the chicken gravy is addictive... But what keeps me coming back to Bruno's instead of trying somewhere new? The staff are genuinely friendly and so helpful and nice; and the delivery guy is such a sweetheart and so accommodating ! On a negative note, if you are looking for fabulous side orders, there isn't a huge selection - and the onion rings are a definite no but ......

The chipper that never opens! Honestly it says closed Sundays on the website which is strange in itself but I've walked down on weekday evenings and it was closed. Also walked down yesterday evening (Saturday) and it was closed! She opens when she wants. Never again. Also the woman who owns the place is pig ignorant and don't expect any chips if you didn't order any, every chipper I've ever been to will throw in a scoop but she goes out of her way to tell you your not getting any and you don't. Large chips is tiny for €3 and no extra. Probably how she affords to stay closed...

WOW fast food at its best fresh Cod in light crispy batter just enough salt & vinegar to get your mouth watering and the chips delightful without been 2 expensive ( meal deals ) have been eating out alot & seem 2 end up in Bruno's .... got a Fantastic Angus burger there the other night, jasus could just about finish it, will be trying a few more things when i get back there all n all excellent food & wont cost ya a...
