We ordered bento box and we left disappointed. Nobody checked our table after we received the food we ordered and all the waiters seemed to be busy, it was difficult to catch their attention.

The salad in the bento box was without any dressing and we have both noticed that it had a bitter and very strange soapy taste. It looked like the salad I usually buy everyday in Lidl or Tesco so I don't understand how a raw salad could taste so bad.

The courgette curry that was to be mixed with rice wasn't great and it wasn't mentioned anywhere that it was going to be spicy (usually it's mentioned in the menu). I don't blame the restaurant for that but only my personal taste but I usually go to a lot of asian and especially Japanese restaurants in the city and never had a problem with the taste.

Furthermore, the bento box today didn't come with the miso soup as they ran out of it and I would have expected to have something extra.

The tofu, gyoza and the two pieces of sushi were very nice tho.

Maybe we have ordered the wrong things, the ramen looks good in...

I never ate Ramen before, but now I know that I wanna eat Ramen again. The restaurant is small but thats not bad, it makes it actually feel really warm and cozy.

The staff was really nice and welcoming, for example they provide forks and spoons if you cant eat with chop sticks. So no worrys for people that are afraid that they can't eat there. Not in my case tho, I love eating with chop sticks. I took the spicy kimchi beef Ramen, and It was so delicious, it had all: good spice, great beef and phenomenal MI Noodles. If I visit Dublin again, I definitely would eat here a second time. If you want to pimp your Ramen, you can even add other things. I added tempura prawns and they were amazing.

Concluding If you like Ramen or always wanted to try, then this is the perfect place to go. They even have sushi and fancy desserts, which I unfortunately not tried because I'm on a budget. But 14,00€ + 2,50€ for a Coca Cola, is absolutly cheap for Ramen and the portion was really big. I dare...

I have been searching for a place that does real JP standard food. I searched for Pork Bone Broth and Google brought me here. Not disappointed, instead, overjoyed after placing the roast pork in my mouth. The fat melted, and the crispy bits from searing the outer bit of the pork made me smiled and enjoyed the moment~! The ramen noodles are proper too. Soup base abit overpowered by the Black Garlic paste/oil. My husband is extremely satisfied with the crispiness of the breadcrumbed tofu slices. Hot and crispy. The only disappointment is, the tempura batter is abit too thick and hard. The batter recipe is right though (not chipper batter). The Grilled Chicken skewer is nice, well seasoned and crispy on the outside. Definitely would come back for the pork and noodles again. One weird thing is, why there is no tea option😅. Malaysian waitress girl is very nice and hardworking (especially with ensuring the door is closed properly so that the wind...

We ordered the chicken katsu curry, dumpling ramen and the prawn and apple sauce dumplings and we were impressed with the quality of food. With Japanese food or Japanese-inspired food, umami is crucial in my view and in the case of Ramen Co Stoneybatter, they nailed it! For dessert, we ordered the nutella dumplings and I can’t recommend them enough. The nutella dumplings, served with vanilla ice cream, is a delicious plate of contrasts – you have the hot and crispy dumplings served with the cold and soft vanilla ice cream with marshmallows. Simply delectable! They also get bonus points from me for the wonderful presentation of all three courses and how professionally modern their website is – easy to navigate, minimalistic and great video. Ramen Co in Stoneybatter is a great little spot with excellent service and I highly recommend them!
