AVOID. Very overpriced, very expensive for what it is, mediocre. The exact meals (in Boojum €6 cheaper and the quality is excellent). Due to the lack of competition in the area they charge higher the price here. Next time will go a bit further for a better meal. And what’s really laughable is one negative comment or review the reply from the ‘owner’ is abrupt or the customer is wrong. To lead a great business is to take on board criticism, rectify the problems, move on and not be so dismissive. When really in this restaurant the standards need lifting. I’ve been fortunate to visit Chihuahua and I know a great Burrito when I try one, here you get bread and rice, where’s the meat? And seasoning? So they’re being cost effective here. And based on most of the fake 5star reviews I bet the owner makes several accounts a daily basis to make this place seem worthwhile to go. But really the place is extremely average at best. And do not get a take away from here as it will be all just thrown together, it will not be as described and they’ll charge you for extra toppings which you will not receive. (Clearly you only read what is most relevant to you - I paid extra for topping and again cost effect obviously comes back in to play as a smidgen was added if I’m paying for extras I expect extras to be added obviously penny pinching) and I don’t know you had to pay extra for food to be seasoned? I thought that was common sense in the kitchen. Without seasoning the food is bland. Maybe add that to your menu that seasoning is extra so customers will know their food is going to be bland. Huge disappointment. 👎

Biggest let down is the service. Ordered food. Wasn’t ready at pick up time. That was fine it was a busy period. Was told come back in 10 minutes. When I returned, employee on tills told me my order was “cancelled” as I left for 10 minutes. Processed to then say my order isn’t cancelled but I must wait for the food to be prepared again. He lied to keep my payment. From there, I had trouble trying to get him to cancel my order until Deliveroo stepped in and canceled it for me. He ignored multiple calls asking to refund.

Edit: My response to the owner. I ordered on Deliveroo. My order stated it was ready to collect. You responded to Deliveroo saying it was ready. When I came in. No one was being served. I went to the till. Told my order number. The guy with glasses to which other reviews have had a problem with. Told me to wait 10 minutes. I ran out to the store beside the restaurant. My order still on Deliveroo (at this time processed and ready for collection). I came back exactly ten minutes later to which my order was “cancelled” by the guy with glasses on the counter. Again on the app stated “ready for collection”. I was annoyed at the poor standard from the OAP in glasses on the counter not knowing how to manage orders. So I took my business elsewhere. Wanting my money back I did contact Deliveroo first. Their response, because of your poor management telling Deliveroo order is ready for collection. I could not negate the order from my end. Support then called you three times. All unanswered, as you were “busy”. You have plenty of time to reply to...

Amazing experience at Mr Burrito!

I had a great time at this place! The owner himself attended us, and his kindness and attention to detail made our visit even better. He went above and beyond, offering us some quesadillas that were meant for delivery but had cooled down a bit—such a thoughtful gesture! He was also very respectful and welcoming to the Uber drivers picking up orders.

And of course, the burritos were absolutely spectacular—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and delicious food.

Plus, they have great vegetarian bowls, perfect for anyone looking for a healthy meal after the gym, which is just a two-minute walk away.

We’ll definitely be back for the churros with dulce de leche! Highly...
