To whom it may concern

After taking my time to travel from airport to your location on sir John Rogers ons quay

I was expecting at least a nice enjoyment of lunch

Instead it was far from it

Initially as I came in the guys on right handside lovely and pleasant

I ordered and unami bowl with chicken yes I know it's vegan but it's my choice

Foreign guy doing salad fine

Irish girl doing the first grand

However this is where my experience went rapidly down hill

The girl doing g the rest of the additions when told what it was states it's supposed to be vegan

And rolled her eyes

I hadn't finsihed with my order and a coloured girl shouts at me quite aggressive

Pay here

Pay here

I turned around and said

First of all don't ever shout at me or any other customers

Secondly I'm not finished

The girl doing my salad again rolling eyes at me when I asked for hummus

I don't appreciate being rushed through like a cattle market when noone in shop and staff standing around doing nothing

I won't be using this shop again . And it may be a long time before I use your products again

Left a very sour taste in my mouth if that's how your staff are trained . If they don't like the job get another one I'm sure more pleasant people available

Never had this issue at the ballsbridge shop such a contrast of...

Wasn’t planning to stop by but the atmosphere was intriguing. Stepped in on Wed 23rd of April and I was greeted by a smiling and welcoming man (forgot to ask for his name but I wish I did, he had dark hair and a beard). He took the time to listen to my order and gave me some useful advices to help me make my choice. Even during the making of the order he was super nice and talked me through the different steps which I genuinely appreciated. Anyway, great service and this man is clearly a great asset to the team compared to the others that weren’t as...

I ordered Miso Salmon. was bit spicy, but tasted really good. ideal price for good chunk of salmon. I know some people comment for small portion of protein, but considering healthy veggies, there are few places like this in Dublin. I love their hand measurements... which eventually is quite a good amount.

prob the only down side was the waste from take out package. am concern about those plastic covers. forks and spoons seems eco friendly though. pre-order via web/app(?) can be ideal if you want to...

Tasty salads and "build your own protein bowls". Good value for money as portions are big, ingredients fresh and dressings full of flavour. Note that they only have few seats inside and it usually gets really busy during lunch time rush, but service is always quick and friendly.
