This structure is a Triumphal Arch, but not particularly impressive. This arch is dedicated to Pat O’Shea for service to community development. It's so small compared to all other Triumphal Arches around the world, I did wonder if this was in fact a joke. The only reason to see this is because it's next to the EPIC exhibition and on the way to Dublin Port if you're going to see the bridges there. Otherwise, don't go out of the way to see it.

When you see a stone arch you can't help but walk under it. The Triumphal Arch stonework contrasts the modern glass buildings surrounding the area.

A small arch which is part of the Epic, strand, this area is definetly worth a visit
