Tempura House — Restaurant in Dublin

Food - served hot especially the tempura. Ramen tasted very fresh. Tofus were cooked excellently with great texture, taste, and aesthetic. The tempura sauce was a bit salty but still fine overall (wish it could have been a little sweeter and less salty). Complementary crackers really tasted so good.

Service - the waitress was very kind, fast, and attentive. I could also see her multi-tasking and very aware of new customers. She served as receptionist, waitress, and in charge of the till. The foods were cooked very fast but of high quality. Price of tempura at €8.95 is reasonable but I wish the ramen could have been cheaper at €15 instead of €16.95 considering the restaurant is not within the city centre. But as compared to the other japanese restaurants within the city centre, the prices were relatively reasonable.

Athmosphere - good color combinations. The ambience is indeed with feels of Japan due to the paintings, plastic cherry blossoms, and japanese curtains near the till.

Overall the place and foods are nice. I will definitely come back to try other items...

I had ordered delivery from here 4 times previously, each time it was very appetising, and I was happy, those times would have been a 5/5 from me.

Last order through just eat, it initially said delivery in 28 mins, ended up being 1 hour 10. I rang the restaurant, they lied and said the driver had already left, he had not - it had him tracked on the just eat site.

The food arrived, teriyaki was fine, the sushi was hot from being against hot food - so not great.

The tempura, the thing that the place is named after, was a cold, greasy, unappetising mess. It was as if the tempura had been prepared 40 minutes before everything else and left to sit, I literally felt unwell afterwards. And the 4 times previous the tempura had been lovely.

Brutally bad experience, I won't be going back, which is a disappointment, I had grown to regard this place...

New place in Rathmines, of course I'll try it! The food is simply very good, I started eating and couldn't stop, when I finished I wanted more even though I was full. Addictive 🥢 The place is well organized and clean. The waitress is a lovely person, very attentive and always trying to help as much as possible. I loved this place and intend to go back more often.
