I have been buying from Aprile Portobello for nighe on twenty years. I ordered a single if chips on tuesday 11/2/25 at about 20.30pm. The pkace wasnt busy i stood four minutes before the guy doing the cooking looked across and i ordered chips,he knew i was standing in the store for a length of time. The chips were disgusting scraps hot and cold. Its four bucks for a single and i expect decent produce. You know me well,i order a lot of the potatoe scallops and fish box sorta stuff. Sometimes i think its the owner is in the shop,hes a sound person and i get good food. By and large the foid is very good and spotless clean Please tell the crew to pay attention to the important footfall as its a highly important element in realtime trading in addition to youre online portal. Im Tommy a long time customer and in my village Ranelagh weve lost Louise ranelagh takeaway and Vico is gone too. I appreciate its very hard work for the staff. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and usually order the same thing. But today, I felt completely taken advantage of. A gentleman with a large build and a shaved head took my order for a "12-inch Margherita pizza", and when I went to pay, I added a can of Coke to make it a meal.

Instead of giving me the meal deal, he charged me full price for everything—just because I didn’t say "12-inch Margherita Meal Deal" exactly the way he wanted. It felt like a cheap trick to overcharge me.

Ordered a quarter pounder meal for delivery and they send me up 2 bags of freezing cold chips no even salt and vinegar which I wrote in the comments I wanted on the chips in the meal so I rang the shop and told them I ordered a quarter pounder meal not 2 bags of chips.. thinking they'd correct the order and send the proper one back no they delivered me a quarter pounder and left me with 2 bags of freezing cold chips like the customer service is brutal and the delivery drivers don't have a clue won't be ordering from them again and I wouldnt advise or recommend anyone else to either literally 1 simple order and they couldn't even do it right disgraceful.
