The food is good but the staff from this store are absolute scammers and rude. We ordered 2-1 twice from the app thinking we’d get that: 4 burgers. Two of them came and they asked if it was eat in or take away as it said on the app take away. We said the first two burgers (we did 2 seperate orders) were eat in. When the staff came to ask if it was take away or eat in for the other 2 burgers my friend said “you can keep those 2 as take away”. After a while they came to our table to deliver as eat in, we said it was take away as previously agreed and she said “Oh my god…. They put as eat in on purpose, it was as take away and they removed from the box for you” when we previously said take away for those 2 burgers. Tricked us multiple times, delivered extra things we didn’t order making us think it came with the app vouchers and after we consumed said we have to pay extra. In the end we only got 3 burgers because one of the 2-1 vouchers didn’t work. Also two girls that were here left and dropped a coin inside, the staff clearly saw it (i was looking at them), and instead of telling them, they waited for the girls to leave and picked and...

Visited Eddie rockets Swords on Thursday evening. Our order was messed up, as was the table behind us. The table in front of us waited for ages to give their order and I saw another family walk out because their food wasn't coming. It would be easy to blame the staff but there is serious mismanagement in this location. The problem is the takeaway, collection, just eat orders. There was obviously a never ending list of take out orders as the counter was full of take away bags. It appeared to me that just eat deliveries were prioritised so i assume that there is some sort of penalty for not serving them within a certain amount of time. This means that the people who have come into the diner are neglected. I felt bad for the staff. They were under serious pressure. If Eddie rockets wants to make a heap of cash off takeout orders, then staff the place correctly.
