Starbucks Blanchardstown Pavillion — Restaurant in Fingal

My wife and I are frequent customers of this establishment. We walked in today to see Saul and an Asian girl playing with their smart watches, completely disregarding customers which is fine to me as long as the store doesn’t mind customers seeing incompetent and rude staff members playing with their gadgets while the company is paying their wages. Anyway, my wife ordered a Toffee nut latte with extra cream, again this “employee” rolled his eyes, proceeded to pour out some of the coffee and poured some extra cream into it. She had asked him if he could keep the lid off but I guess he was too busy talking to his colleague to remember. He proceeded to put the lid on and this is when we asked him again if he could keep the lid off. He slammed the lid onto the coffee machine and replied “what”. I’ve managed retails stores and to see such disgusting and unprofessional behaviour is shocking. I spoke to the manager who was brilliant and apologised for his behaviour. I explained to her she didn’t need to apologise as it wasn’t her fault so I will say that this review has nothing to do with the food or drinks or service others have provided but I can tell you one thing. I wouldn’t have such an employee working even in a stock room never mind a customer...

All the time worst experience in this branch.

Before interior was renovated, the pickup bar was super messy staff was don't care too much customers.. no willing to clean tables or anywhere… disgusting…

I visited this branch again, now the shop looks better than before .. but I was waiting on the queue myself, nobody was ready to take order, one young fella came to me “are you okay?” Instead of what can I get for you …… so rude.. and i was waiting pick up station for my drink and cake. Cake was came out early.. but waiting my drink ages… even there were 3staffs on the working station.. disaster there were no team works. They really did not care what they were doing. stressful place. I am wondering why Starbucks ireland don't train staff follow their customer service...

We ordered a Cappuchino with Oat milk and Americano before taking N4. The service was fine, the lady was nice in communicating. The Americano was horrible as the coffee was burned. You could literally taste it and tell it’s burnt. My partner added skimmed milk but couldn’t drink all so she had to throw. I thought mine would be fine however the coffee was same burned and was no better. Instead of Oat milk they gave Soya milk which is acceptable for me but don’t know about others. Service was quick as it was not busy in the morning however the experience was really bad. Could be one of those bad days however our morning coffee was...
