Subway — Restaurant in Galway

night staff that worked on 5th of November 2023 was so rude, first of all I was waiting for ages infront of him and he sees me, but he kept cleaning some pots, that he could have cleaned after serving customers. so because I was on my break working in the hospital, i had to tell him to serve me, he left them pots and came to me, puffing away as if he absolutely hate serving customers, eventhough it was only me there, he kept being so rude that he actually turned me off eating that meal. he was also untrained as he charged me more than we usually pay with HSE staff discount at subway. I told him and he kept raising his voice at me, I had no choice but to stop wasting my break, I paid what he charged me and left. this was the worst experience I have had in a very long time, and I'm a regular customer and I go to this place at least twice...

My experience with subway Newcastle is awful I ordered food at 9:40pm I received 3 footlong subs all of the subs where the wrong order not alone I was waiting 3 hours so I rang back and after at least 15 un answered calls they decided to answer and said they would send out the Right order I'm still waiting it's now 12:35am and iv rang them over 25 times and no answer I have to subs here ready to give back with one bite out of each one realized they were all wrong Iv work in the morning I'm still waiting up so they don't wake the kids in the house ringing the bell absolutely ridiculous at this stage I just want a refund they can help the food... And still they...

The worst staff (night staff) I've seen so far in my life , had a terrible and disgraceful compartment . I only went there get something to eat on my break from work and I sit down and took my first bite and then one guy came and he told me who gave me permission to eat there . Wasn't any sign around to say I'm not allowed to eat there . First he said its only for staff there , then he said its closing at 10 and after he said its in renovation....long story anyway, and then I ask for refund and he didn't want to give me . That was the whole reason to eat there so I can sit down and eat!!! HE SHOULD BE FIRED AND DEFINITELY IM NOT GOING...
