We have been on a Roadtrip through Ireland and stayed at an Inn right on the other side of this Foodtruck. We read what prior costumers wrote and thought we would give it a try. I mean we LOVE good burgers (for example "Der Daddy" in Trier, Germany) Foodtrucks tend to do average to very good food, right? We were severely disappointed. Lets start with the service: the Lady who took our order was nice, but had no Idea what she was doing. We got our food first, even though we were third in line. She finished our Burgers and let them lay there for 2 minutes until the fries were done, which got mixed with some old fries. Cold Burger, cold Fries. Thats simply bad Service overall. Now to the Food: If you specialize on something you should be at least kinda good at it and put love and thought into your product. The meat was halfway decent. The buns were some packaged crap-buns. Ask a bakery for gods sake. Anything else on the burger was nothing special. To put it simple: That burger aint worth it. Eaten better ones pretty much everywhere. Even a "frittenbude" would beat that.... and they are known for their Sausages not their Burgers. If anyone ever asks me for a tip, where to eat in Killarney, my Answer will be: I don't know, but don't go to Jumping Jacks. EDIT: It seems like those buns came from a bakery. So I guess they are fine. The rest of your "answer" just shows how you work with critique. Good job on that part too. A simple "we'll be better next time" would've been better.

The food here at Jumping Jacks is divine! Had their Old Fashioned American Cheeseburger and their Dirty Fries. Their chips are so tasty and the burger was full of flavour. Good value too and good, friendly service. Will definitely be back again to sample other items on the menu!

After a day of driving the Ring of Kerry, we really just wanted to have a pint and grab food and go back to our rooms. Jumping Jacks was hidden away but you can find it on google ….GO FIND IT!!! Amazing burgers and chips. I had the double smash burger and the beef was next level tasty and juicy, even after a walk back to our hotel. A must try for after pints after the pub!! Sorry..no photos…we ate...
