Nice atmosphere , beautiful decoration Had lunch there, two burgers and small coke Coke =3.6 euros , flat and no taste The burgers were well decorated but not tasty at all The fries were good The ketchup filled in small container had a strange taste It’s a good place to go if you care more about the location and decoration instead of food

Went here on a rainy afternoon. Was quite satisfied with their outdoor seating because they had a nice set up with marquee and heaters. I ate the roast of the day - pork stuffing and my bf had the chowder, which are both acceptable. The drinks are good too. The staff seems new but they did a good service, nonetheless.

Saw this restaurant on ‘find me gf’ and gave it a try. Fabulous atmosphere, great staff and a delicious meal. We ate the gf Shepards pie and it was tasty, flavoursome and definitely worth the time to go there. The waiter was excellent and we watched the hurling final on tv, the waiter translated the rules of the game!

My wife and myself recently had the pleasure of dining at Hannigans Restaurant, and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment we entered, it was evident that this place was special.

First and foremost, the service provided by Mr.Dara was exceptional. He greeted us with a warm smile and guided us to our table. Throughout our meal, he was attentive, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations that perfectly matched our preferences, enhancing our overall dining experience.

Now, onto the food - it was absolutely fabulous! Each dish we tried showcased the culinary expertise of the chefs at Hannigans. The food , every bite was a delight to the senses. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was top-notch.

In addition to the impeccable service and delectable food, the ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting. The elegant decor and cozy seating contributed to a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.

Overall, our visit to Hannigans Restaurant was a memorable one. It exceeded our expectations in terms of both service and food. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. We are already looking forward to...

We popped in for a quick meal and were pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in. Even though the place was buzzing with activity, the staff remained attentive and welcoming. We grabbed a pint at the bar while waiting for our table, and honestly, I would have waited twice as long had I known how good the food was going to be.

The meal started off strong with fresh bread that set the tone, followed by a seafood chowder that was absolutely packed with seafood—rich, hearty, and flavorful. The shepherd’s pie was everything you could hope for: perfectly seasoned, comforting, and satisfying.

To finish, we treated ourselves to a glass of whiskey, a coffee, and the warm sticky toffee pudding, which was the perfect sweet ending. Beyond the amazing food, what stood out was the friendly, attentive service that made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

From start to finish, this place delivered both in food and atmosphere....

We had the worst two meals in two weeks of Ireland here. The Shepherd's Pie was 70% mashed potatoes and the meat was bland. The Irish mushroom risotto consisted of six deep-fried rice balls (they explained to us that it's risotto Arancini but who in the world knows what that is, there was no description on the menu) in which no mushrooms could be detected. The accompanying potato wedges were deepfried as well, didn't come with any mayo or ketchup, and were no good match to the deepfried rice balls. What a disappointment! We were offered a different dish but by that time (half an hour into our meal) we had already eaten part of our meals and were done. And the service was mediocre at best. Each and every small pub on the Kerry Way had much better food to offer. We won't go back...
