Massive food safety violation!
The supervisor "James" decides to reply to a few messages on his phone and then he dips his dirty hands straight into the burger condiments!!
Makes a dozen burgers and when I informed him because mistakes do happen he did nothing! No apology! No replacing the condiments! No letting people know their burgers are contaminated! Nothing!
I assumed he was just a rogue one but my god the manager "Sabrina" was the most dastardly unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. She strolls out "you is it" didn't give a care in the world. I was a burden to her having to walk out from the back office it seems!
James was just looking through me and looked guilty but Sabrina was just plain nasty. Giving me vile looks and monotone answers. Ignoring my direct questions and concerns.
Same unprofessionalism. She done nothing to make the situation right. No genuine apology, no replacing the condiments. Nothing!
Then if that wasn't enough a customer approached me to let me know how disgraceful she thought she was handling my concern and the staff were having a laugh and a joke about it all.
I will not rest until management is replaced in this Mcdonalds. I know management in other mcdonalds that take pride and joy in their establishments and work and I hope they all see this and someone more worthy who will act on behalf of the customers will be in charge.
Shame on you Sabrina and James!
Being lazy is one thing but putting people's health and risk and laughing at customers is another.

After a hectic day, we decided to go to this McDonaldâs for something to eat, it was our first time as this was the closest one. Firstly, we took our order on one of the touch-screen pads and it did not give us a receipt but gave us a number on the screen. Confused by this, I went to one of the workers to ask about this, she said as long as we got a number it should be fine.
Our number was pretty close already so we were expecting it to be handed out soon. We have told several workers our number and listed out our orders but nothing came out of it. We also checked the bank app to see if we were charged and we were.
Someone else used the same touch-pad screen we used and let one of the workers know they werenât given a receipt. My dad let the same worker know the same thing happened to us. Again, replied with if we have the number it was alright. Not even 5 minutes after and their order was already handed out to them.
20 minutes have passed already and still no update about our order. We called a worker and as we were in the middle of listing out our order to one of the workers, the manager, John, came in and asked the same question. We were met with rudeness as if we were just of annoyance. We decided to get a refund and left with a seemingly insincere apology from the manager.

But sadly yester evening at 5.40 pm I went through the drive through with my Daughter and her baby on a home journey after a hospital visit. ALL OUR FOOD WAS COLD. I donât mean luke warm I mean COLD.
