Quinlan's - The Black Lion — Restaurant in South Dublin

Terrible place. I've been there for my first and last time. I went there with my parents who were visiting me. We stopped by for a pint. My mom drinks but my father and I don't. So I got a pint for her and nothing else for us for the time being. Not even 5 minutes after we sat, a rude bartender approached me asking if I was going to order something else. When I said no as I don't drink, he said I HAD to order a coffee or something else otherwise we couldn't stay. I firstly thought he was just joking then he said in a really unpolished way "I'm serious. walk away". My mom had taken just some sips of the pint but we left straight away. Never been mistreated like that in my life. Terrible place, rude and unprofessional staff. It seems non regulars are not welcomed as we started getting glares since we stepped in. I Don't recommend...

Don't wait any longer. Good doorman you have that has not let me enter to park in the parking lot, having free parking and telling me that it was complete, seeing me that I was Spanish. Very well, today you have lost customers since with me came my partner who is Irish and 4 more people came to dinner who are also Irish. Another restaurant has won today. I have been several times and I have had a great time and eaten very well, it is the first time this has happened to me but there will not be another time, I had never dealt with a doorman who does not like...

We were passing by, after apartment viewing. Super cold heavy rain so decided to have a dinner before get in to bus. Friendly place if you have a baby in pram. Nice place for Emily dinner. The waitress Alexandra very nice, my baby boy was charmed by her. THE BIGGEST THE TASTIEST NACHOS IN IRELAND ;) . Good food, had roast for dinner shared with my son.
