I’ve visited here a couple of times now and the food is always consistently good.
There are a lot of options on the menu, which is mostly burgers, pizza and pasta. There is also a variety of dressed chips and sandwiches.
They serve alcohol and have live music here on Friday nights.
There are different themes in various corners of the interiors and it ranges from Harry Potter to rock and roll.
The portions are very good and the prices are reasonable.
My only gripe is sometimes there is a cue at the front door, now, this is a reflection of the quality of the experience of dining here so well done to them - it is a great endorsement as there isn’t many places with people cuing up outside!
The flip side is it can be off putting if the weather is bad or cold. an ideal time to visit here is around 4.30pm onwards.
Overall I’d rate this place at 7.5/10. I...
Read moreVery poor service. Ridiculously slow and i have been there many times when it has been far busier. Took staff far too long to clear the table. One staff member actually came to clear the table, It was clear we were done with our starters as we specificed she could clear the table but she took away one plate and never came back for the rest until around five minutes later.Ordered desert and it was taken so long that we had to request for it to go as we were there a total of 2 hours and had not got the time to wait any longer. Food quality is decent but the chicken curry that comes with mushrooms and onions had neither . Just a few pieces of chicken and curry sauce and one of the deserts had extra banana after asking for it with no banana. Over all the food was ok however but the staff / service was poor and...

The Junction gets one thing very right: it cooks like it cares. The egg arrived with whites just set and a yolk made for dipping toast—not the sad, overcooked puck you find too often on steam tables.
The black and white pudding were standouts—rich, perfectly seasoned, and cooked with respect. Sliced potatoes hit the sweet spot too: crisp edges, soft centres, and full of flavour. The plate came together beautifully, with each element pulling its weight.
And the coffee? Strong, no-nonsense, and served in a mug that felt like it meant business.
Add excellent service and a room with just the right amount of bustle, and you’ve got a place that makes the Full Irish feel like more than a fry-up.
The Junction doesn’t just fill you up. It...
