ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. No value on the customer whatsoever! Been ordering for years. They know us, they know our address however when I called about an error on the order, they blocked my number from calling back which tells the customer they no longer want their business. I genuinely tried to resolve this matter but the manager was ignorant, arrogant and argumentative, no customer service whatsoever. Do yourself a favour and order from a business that genuinely values your custom. Establishments like this one should be boycotted and left rot until they learn manners. Myself and my Son ordered our food.When it was ready, my Son asked what was in each bag! The Young man behind the counter replied." You never asked for particular items to be placed in the bags!" In a very aggressive matter".l explain "My Son had Autism twice"! He got more aggressive!! As l have 37 years in Customer service, l was shocked!!! Order pizza at least once a month last two years. Always order a pizza and in comment ask for different pizza on the second half. First time got full one type pizza instead of half and half. When have rang and asked them lady just said not doing it any more as too much hassle and i told her how often do i order and she could of at least call me back and tell me about it and this is last time or something.
