Been there few time and always happy. This time very disappointed. Young staff was very bored and bringing butter for toast seems like a problem. We're waiting at least 15min for two breakfast :-( I had a veggie one both eggs were burnt could not eat them. My partner had mushroom + avocado , uncooked raw mushrooms and bread like brick you'll break a window with it. Never again

Lovely setting, down a busy alleyway-like street. Beautiful decor, very clean inside, toilets clean. Great selections and friendly staff. Great gluten free options. Much bigger inside than it looks outside (think TARDIS) Was highly recommended by a local. Had the full Irish breakfast. Food portions were good and the flavour was great.

This place is fab..food are lovely...cake is amazing. V frindly and lovely staff. Love the environment. Oh the prices is very good. Big place even when it is busy. I ordered tuna wrap with four topping big salad and tea. My husband ordered healthy meal with coffee and it was cheap and good quality.

Popped in with my partner and my mother.

Lovely selection of food with plenty of tasty looking sandwich fillings for whatever kind of sandwich you're after. They also have a wide variety of sweet pastries and cakes, of which you can buy slices or whole units. We didn't have any sweet stuff but it all looked amazing. We chose Joanne's because the prices are very reasonable as well as the food looking good. It looks a bit small from the outside but is a lot bigger once you're in there, there's loads of seating at the back and upstairs too.

My partner had the chicken club sandwich which was enormous, rich and very tasty, and I had the soup of the day (chicken and veg) which was not only delicious but at €5.90 was a bargain. The staff were friendly but they could have been more helpful, they didn't tell us where anything like menus, cutlery, napkins etc were, they were mostly located in quite counter-intuitive places (there are these stations near each cluster of about 6 tables, where you'd think they'd keep all of this stuff, but the stations didn't seem to serve a purpose other than housing cleaning products, the only menus I could find were kept on a wall directly above a table so I had to ask a guest if I could reach over their food to get menus) so I will mark them down a there and there only.

The cafe was quite busy the entire time we were there with only a couple of empty tables at any given time, it's clearly very popular with the locals and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places we looked at before settling on Joanne's. Overall we would recommend Joanne's, just ask them where all the stuff is instead of trying to find it all yourself...

Came here today with my two sisters and have to say worst experience ever. Staff were rude and ignorant. Tables were dirty and cutlery. Asked a member of staff once I arrived what the specials were and she cut over me and told me to move on. While sitting down trying to enjoy the unappealing meal that had been placed infront of me , behind me a member of staff was clearing a table in which I heard them curse as if it isn’t there job to clear tables?? When eating a chip a big hair was wrapped around it also, you can see into the kitchen that staff aren’t wearing appropriate hair nets. Very bad atmosphere 100% wouldn’t return. On departure of the cafe when leaving the bathroom another member of staff walking by me with a lot of trays rudely said to me and my sister “get out of the way” . I would avoid at all costs , for the price of the food i do wonder how Joanne’s is even still up and...

Just need to inform that I got really bad service from one of your working member call ( NEN ) Malaysian or Thai kind of mid age woman

I got some food to eat and got a water bottle for my 7 year old son , since the bottle was from the chiller i asked can i get one from normal temperature if you have ? She then said no we don’t have , there was another Irish lady ( mid age ) she said we have right ? Then that woman who served me said no we don’t have , at last that Irish woman gave me the normal water bottle before i sit down to eat

I felt extremely disappointed the way NEN treated us its ok for me but i clearly said it is for my son but she was still...
