Unbelievable culture amenity . National known through the Wexford Opera Festival. Extremely modern and clean. Helpful staff both front and backstage. Bring an extensive cultural and musical experiences to the masses. Would give other cultural venues a run for their money. It can cater for both the professional and amateur productions with its two halls. Always a great night out. Staff exceptional. Not forgetting a coffee ☕ shop with amazing views. Returned quite a few times since my initial review. Still as good as ever. An immenty that should be cherished and utilised to the maximum. All the auditoriums have clear views of the stages.Sound staging is impeccable. Beautiful interiors with good lobbies. There is a bar operating during intermission. Recommend preordering beverages for half times, but the bar staff are good as all the other staff. Basicallyj if one has the fortunate chance of going to an event here...just don't hesitate. Returned again what can be said, just that it is the same great venue, returning for another event in a month time....can't wait!!! Only negative seating can be uncomfortable, that could just be me.

Wexford opera house, Wexford is a beautiful town in its own right, if you go to the opera try and visit the town as well, raise a rebellious hand for the Pike Men of Wexford. The National Opera house is a little difficult to find, lots of one way streets and it can be confusing, once your there, it’s not huge but inside it’s beautiful, stage design is first rate and acoustics are sublime, I went to see Don Quichotte and it was excellent, please don’t take pictures during the performance, several people were warned and it’s not right. It’s a fantastic venue, a beautiful town, excellent sound, what’s not to like?

First time here and we saw an amazing one-man show by Prof Brian Cox. Truly inspiring and thought-provoking. The auditorium is gorgeous. Seats are uncomfortable after an hour but my biggest gripe was the heat. Everyone was stripping layers as it was too hot. No air. No cooling. It spoiled a wonderful experience. Lovely venue but bring water and ice!

Lovely venue with great acoustics, ushers and staff are friendly. Only issue I have had the past 3 times I've been there is that one of the ushers is a bit of a tyrant, and he gets so wrapped up in people taking photos from their phones that he distracts the whole audience with his flash light antics trying to alert other employees to the crime and then zoning in the other ushers to the offender. It ends up like a disco of flashing lights distracting the audience from the performance on the stage. I understand there are rules about taking photos and videos, but most of the other ushers are able to endorse the rules without ruining the whole thing for the surrounding people. It won't stop me going though, venue is 2nd to none in...

The acoustics in the venue are phenomenal, however the seats are sloped downwards and way too closely spaced, unless you are in the first few rows . More bar staff are required for the interval. Attended a concert in recent weeks and we were just served our drinks along with many others when staff came out ringing bells and announcing on the tannoy to take seats immediately or we wouldn't be admitted for the remainder of the show. If you have been served a drink and have paid for it, you should be allowed to consume it in the foyer. Having said this, the staff went over and above to make sure people could find their seats at the start of the show and escorted people out...
