despite showing i had 2 loyalty coffees saved on squid app, that's at least €74 worth of regular coffee's, I would have got a 10/20 coffees large. only 1 was accepted and the other disappeared, the manger/owner wouldn't honour the other free coffee. a coffee that would have cost them around 50cent to make losses a regular costumer, all because she claimed not to see two free coffees, the ironic thing is she didn't even get the order right and had to throw away 1 coffee they made by a mistake didn't think they were that hard up for €3.70 loyalty on my side but not theirs
wouldn't be bothered going back, plenty of other great coffee shops/cafes around
Further to your response I showed you 2 coffee loyalty coffee vouchers on the squid app only 1 went through as previously stated Yes indeed you gave me a paper loyalty card after I asked for 1 Then upon reflection I decided if your not going to be loyal to me, then it works both ways, Yes I crumbled the paper loyalty card up and placed it on the counter after all it would have been really difficult to fling a paper loyalty card through your covid protect plastic shield Just as well it's there saving you from crumbled up loyalty cards.
Then I walked out all because you wouldn't honour a loyalty card, "All that's going on in the world" what's that got to do you not honouring your loyalty system.
How would you rate a service where you didn't receive a loyalty reward Food didn't get any. NO STARS Atmosphere didn't stay. NO STARS Service. Being basically called a liar over a LOYALTY STAMP for a coffee selling for €3.70. 1 STAR Which your team ended up making in error anyway because you didn't listen to the coffee order.
1 STAR was quite generous...
Read moreI had a terribly embarrassing experience with a member of staff. Myself, my partner and friend went in for lunch and ordered toasties and I received a panini, rather than send it back or make anyone uncomfortable ,I decided to just eat the different order as I was starving and didnt really mind what I eat,I also didn't want to make a fuss, A member of staff came over glaring at me multiple times ,then asked me did I order that , I told her no, in front of the whole restaurant and as loud as possible she told me I eat another customers sandwich and now they had none left for that customer, I told her it was left in front of me, she then proceded to go into the back a publicly humiliated staff asking "who brought out the sandwich". Afterwards the other customer was brought out a completely different sandwich to the one I had even ordered, to "replace" the stolen pannini ,😆 so they didn't even have my order correct, the same lady walked around restaurant glaring at us, making us feel uncomfortable and did the same as we went up to pay full price for the whole odd experience. My friend remarked that it was one of the most unprofessional experiences he ever seen in his entire life. The person seemed to be in a position of management, I hope to god this type of behaviour isn't a regular occurrence for staff or customers, we will not be going back...
