The food is tasty but we had a terrible experience with service and the bill last night. We had dinner: Fish & chips and Steak Sandwich. Big portions and tasty. However 1 terrible waitress is sufficient to to ruin the experience. I asked her if we should get the drinks at the bar or order from her. She confirmed she will get the order. First round was ok. We ordered a second round of drinks. She started acting passive aggressively. 20 min later we reminded her our order and she apologized and said she'd bring it. Thanks to engaging conversations with my partner, we realized 30 min later that we still did not have our order! So we decided to pay at the bar and leave. The bill included the order we never received (~10 euro more than what we are supposed to pay). So always double-check your bill not to overpay. I realized those items because I was curious elwhat happenned to the 2nd order. The bartender was kind and apologized repeadetly but the weird waitress kept giving us fake smiles and goodbyes as she was making a point? Maybe she was swamped with helping other tables but if that's the case she should raise it to her own team, not act weirdly against customers.

Anyway, I was enthusiastic to have such a bar 2 min. walk away from my home but I will never go there again. Definitely...

Their new food menu is great, highly recommend the Prawn Linguine. If you like BBQ sauce, the Teeling Whiskey BBQ sauce is delicious.
