WOWBURGER Bray — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Bray

Me and my family are regular wowburger customers. I was unable to make an order online via the sites so I tried to make an order this evening by calling them. A man answered the phone saying it was the Elephant and Castle restaurant, knowing that they are both located in the same lot I asked if I could make an order for wowburger and the man said no it was just elephant and Castle so he put another man on the phone and said yes it was both restaurants and I can make an order online if it was for delivery I told him I was having trouble with the site and it seemed to be down and he got immediately passive aggressive with me saying sorry mam but I've told you what to do. I work in a customer service background and was actually speechless how rude he was to not only a potential customer but a regular one at that. Safe to say we will not be ordering...

Rude staff Food was all looks nothing in the way of taste A cook tried to tell another cook that the 12€ worth of milkshakes I ordered wasnt on my receipt Worst hot sauce I've had in a while was just spicey to be spicy no flavour or depth Chicken tasted like bad homemade burnt chicken and fries are more than underwhelming And all this for a fair bit more than just a 2 minute walk up the main road to Eddie rockets for better food better staff better price and better atmosphere Whole place needs to be redone with a new menu and better staff that don't try scam customers Got a cheese burger that somehow had less flavor than a McDonald's one and was around 9 euro for the burger alone noe fries or...

Got this through Deliveroo and will never get it again. First of all it took just shy of 2 hours to arrive! Got a Bacon Cheese Burger that cost €13.60 by itself with no chips or any side. It was squished and was about the size of a McDonalds €1 hamburger. The onion rings were completely soggy and stuck together. The chicken bites were soggy aswell.

I was afraid to ring and complain as I was expecting to wait another 2 hours for anything to be done so just had to deal with it.

Overall a terrible experience and I'll never order again.

Cost me €32.80 for a tiny bacon cheese burger, about 5 onion rings and 6 tiny chicken...
