Subway — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Carlow

I usually love this place I always get a delivery but totally unhappy with the food and treatment today. I ordereda footlong with chicken bites, the food was 1 hour late and the driver was clearly lost. When I rang first to see where my food was I was told it just left the shop and be 2 minites, when I rang a half an hour later I was told it just left the shop and they were waiting for the bread to cook, he didnt remember I already rang. 1 hour late and the food comes, freezing cold chicken bites that have gone wet and soggy and also damp wet cooking from being in the bag with the hot sub and chicken that had gone cold. This would of had to be on the bag a long time for this to happen and when I rang about the issue the guy who wouldnt give me his name told me to ring just eat if i didnt like the food. He said we are busy and can not help you. I only asked for the food to be taking back and a new order made and he refused and hung up the phone. Now left to order from somewhere else and starving. Got overcharged, and normally wouldn’t notice but €10.50 for a pretty standard footlong is a lot. As it didn’t match the price advertised I questioned it. The rude man behind the counter told me it was because I got cheese. I normally get cheese. It comes with cheese, but apparently it only comes with a certain type of cheese, which is a little crazy. Charged an extra €2 for cheese….. that’s supposed to come with it anyway. Nothing but rudeness and didn’t want to apologise or do anything else, just moved on and practically ignored me. I was looking forward to a tuna and sweet corn roll with cheese but I was told there was no tuna so I opted for the plain chicken with cheese instead. While the lady was preparing it, I glanced over to Flynn's deli which is directly to the right I noticed they had lots of tuna. Plus tuna was on sale in the shop section of the shop.
