Nonna Nenne' — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Dundalk

Went here yesterday for Sunday lunch. Was greeted by a lovely Italian lady that answered all our questions. The prosciutto and mozzarella as well as the bruschetta mista were delicious and kept both spicy and nonspicy palates very happy. The linguini with seafood was to die for, my tagliatelle bolognese was divine and my sons diavola pizza was amazing. The service was incredibly friendly and fast. They also have all types of San Pellegrino, try the Lemon and Mint it was very refreshing. We are delighted to have such a lovely authentic Italian restaurant near us tucked away in a little corner of Dundalk. The prices were also very good for the quality of food served. First time here and wont be my last. That was awesome. Nice bright interior and warm welcome. It was quiet but that was just perfect. Starter, main course and dessert were are wonderful. i was very impressed, everything was so tasty and full of flavor i will for sure be visiting again. The Ravioli with truffle and mushroom was the highlight for me i enjoyed every last bite. Lovely service, wine was super and espresso to top it all off. Even got a couple of take away pizza's for when we left and they were still hot when we arrived home. We ordered the spinach and ricotta Ravioli and the Nonna Nenne pizza. Absolutely amazing food. You could taste everything was homemade, the ravioli was perfect, the sauce was perfect. The pizza was thin and the cheese combination was divine. For desert we had the tiramisu and cannoli, both great, preferred the cannoli, the texture was so good, perfect with the cream, melts in your mouth. Also the best coffee we've ever had in a restaurant.
