Today's visit to this restaurant was an utter disappointment. The staff's insistence on a minimum order requirement reeks of a profit-first mentality. Their attempt to justify this by boasting about the restaurant's ambiance and staff hiring practices is frankly insulting. We were essentially coerced into spending more than we wanted, all because we dared to have a lighter appetite. It's appalling how they prioritize their bottom line over accommodating customers' preferences. This experience left a bitter taste, overshadowing any positives the establishment might offer. dining establishment that values its earnings above customer satisfaction loses its appeal entirely. Me and my husband were completely disappointed and felt very humiliated. I wasn't particularly hungry due to fasting and opted for a soup while accompanying husband,Despite being on a fasting day and simply accompanying my husband, I was made to feel as if my inability to order more reflected a financial incapability. My husband thought to try noodles as he was curious to taste the Asian noodles and if he likes we would come more regular to restraunt but the treatment was unjustified No restraunt has said or did this before!!! There is no way written in the menu or anywhere for minimum order requirement for dine, Disregarding personal choice and appetite to meet an arbitrary spending threshold is unacceptable. It's important to note that such policies might potentially infringe upon consumer rights and could warrant legal scrutiny. For those planning to dine here, I recommend verifying the legality and fairness of their policies before considering legal recourse or patronizing the establishment. I understand minimum order is required for delivery but not for dine in that is customer choice what he or she prefers to eat!

Food was good, service was terrible. Went on a Saturday evening with a group of 5, ordered from the set menu, starters arrived as normal but then there was no sign of the main courses. No staff to flag down, the waitress who has taken our ordered avoided our table. Eventually another waitress came over and told us our order was lost, four out of five of us then got our mains, when we were nearly done the last main course arrived and our original waitress found her way back to our table. Won't be back anytime soon.

We arrived at 6 didn't get our starter until 7 then the waitress said they were only putting on the main and it was 8 at that time. The rice I ordered was bitsy and the prawns were raw the soup was way to salty and half way through the meal a load of ants crawled across the table. And when my cousin went to the bathroom she saw the staff come out and not wash their hands✋🖐👋. Eww dicusting...

We have been many times. The food is fantastic from duck dumplings to Cantonese duck to Singapore rice etc. The service is excellent and the staff in this family run restaurant are really friendly. Great with kids and great humour. The portions are huge and they are happy to give you a little box to take home anything you can't finish. The restaurant is always sparkling as are the toilets. Highly...
