Great corner pub just off the square with friendly welcoming staff who know how to pull a pint of Guinnes Zero and a yummy toastie. Great local banter, gee gees on the TV your on a winner with this old school gem. Elisa is great with the customers and dropped the pint down to me with great care and attention. Our first pub stop at the start of our tour of The Wild Atlantic Way. Very friendly welcome from the staff and customers. They made a huge fuss of our Border Collie, Annie and made a great start to our holiday (not many dog friendly pubs found since)! A delightful little place. Upstairs in the smoking area you can admire the view of the quay whilst being rained on and freezing to death from the fresh sea breeze.
