My son ordered a pizza over the phone and gave our home address both two adults present when he placed the order. The driver rang and said he is at the property to which my son advised he wasnt. The driver advised the address on the order my son said it was incorrect and to call the Hyper centre four star pizza where he ordered it. Cut a long story short 1 hr 20 mins later and no pizza. Rang to speak to a manager and a rude abrupt Manager took over the call from agent. Never once apologised about her agent adding the incorrect address never offered money off said I was rude, Kept speaking over me. If thats the way a Manager speaks to a customer. I wouldnt like to see what way agents to speak to customers. Never will I order again poor management and no customer service...

Went in had ordered over the phone counted 17 staff all in behind counter. What annoyed me was they were walking in from outside maybe delivery guys because they had coats on shaking hands with each other then straight away going back to making pizzas and kneading dough. I brought it to the attention of the manager he said maybe they used hand sanitizer afterwards. I said no they didn't as I was in full view if the glass where pizzas were been made. He shrugged his shoulders and pretended then he didn't understand me. Very unhygienic all standing around on phones shaking hands and back patting. In the time I was there 2 orders were wrong and another 1 was going back in the door as I was leaving. Needless to say the pizza...
