Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the cost.

We had to wait around half an hour just to be seated, not to mention the excessively high prices - especially given the small portion sizes: one of us ordered gnocchi for almost 90 NIS and received a disgracefully small serving of about 20 medium-sized pieces, which were also quite dry and lacking in flavor. Even worse, another dish (foie gras) took nearly an hour to arrive and was only served after the rest of us had already finished eating.

The rest of the food was anything from a shame to mediocre at best.

Not to mention the loud music, which made the place feel more like a nightclub than a restaurant. We couldn’t hear each other speak and were refused when we asked to lower the volume - even though we were seated right below one of...

We had a dinner birthday party, table of 4 people. I’ll start with the service 4/10 Waitress was pushy, stressed and all of recommended dishes was not to our tase. We let her know about it, but it was ignored. We asked to turn down the A/C several times and our requests were ignored time after time.

Food: We had mainly starters: Ravioli Hamusta - 5/10 (was #1 recommended by the waitress) Kruv (Cabbage) - 9/10 Salad Shuk - 9/10 (ended up ordering second dish) Bread - 8/10 Fried Rolls(Cigars), with Shkedey Egel, felt cheap (tonsils ) - 5/10

For main course we ordered the chicken (Pargit) - 6/10 was tasty but looks pale and had bones in it…

Very expensive restaurant that does not worth the price. Even if it was cheaper I would not...

We ate at Jacko Street for Christmas dinner while staying in Jerusalem and had a great experience. We had made reservations months in advance and were initially seated at a small table in the main dining area but asked to be moved to the bar directly in front on the kitchen. The change was easily accommodated and great seating to take advance of all the chefs hustling around the kitchen. Tuna tacos and Moroccan cigars were delicious starters. For a main we split the entrecôte steak which was just okay. Major highlight for us was the desserts. The chocolate cake and crack pie were over the top. A great dining choice...
