Station 9 — Restaurant in Jerusalem

The only reason it is not 1 star is because the manager was such a nice and helpful person. The waitress was obviously tired and ready to finish her shift and we could feel it, the food was average at best. The dishes look nice for pictures but no taste. We ordered the steamed buns the meat was so salty it was in eatable we returned the dish. The rest of the food was average... But the main dish was a piece of beef on the mushroom demi-glace and a bok choy, the meat was cut with the grain not against the grain which is cooking 101, and the meat was tasteless, the 3-4 tiny pieces of mushroom demi-glace was the best thing on the plate... So disappointing, Priced at 118 shakels not worth it. But again the manager was so nice and professional, he also treated us to the a dessert (because when we returned the steamed buns he told the staff to send us a new steamed buns... And they forgot or did not care) and he and the dessert where the best things about...

I picked this spot for dinner because many friends recommended this restaurant and said the food and atmosphere were really good. When we walked there was almost no one inside. We ordered many dishes. The Asado dish and the crispy potatoes snack were amazing. The sauce served with it was spicy and so delicious. The Asado was perfectly prepared and paired with an excellent sauce. It tasted delicious from the first bite. The drinks are absolutely amazing too, I love all the appetizers. Would definitely go back to try out lunch menu. One of the best Asian fusion restaurants I've been to in a long time. The portion sizes are just right. Prices are a bit high for what it is. The service was great and we didn't have to wait long for food. We were pleased with our meals and are definitely willing to be back again to try...

Had an excellent meal at Station 9 this evening. An old favorite which we hadn't been to for a while. There have been a few negative reviews recently but we were delighted with our meal. We had the fish mosaic and papaya salad and asado baos to start with, all of which were excellent although I felt the salad could have used more heat and the fish a little more citrus. I had the spicy Sinta with noodles, again lacking some chilli but delicious nonetheless. The ramen was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. Definitely going back!
