The Culinary Workshop in Jerusalem, Israel offers a delightful dining experience with a pleasant atmosphere and exceptional service. The starters are full of delightful surprises, and the grill is the star of the show for main courses, offering a beautiful cuts made in American style. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for an early dinner on a Saturday evening. Despite not being full, the restaurant still exuded a lively and welcoming vibe. The service was impeccable, with the waitstaff being helpful and attentive to our needs. As for the food, the starters were full of flavor and packed with surprises. The Pimientos de Padrón, a type of Spanish pepper, were well cooked and paired perfectly with the Hameiri cheese. The chicken wings were also a standout, with a beautiful twist on the classic dish. For main courses, the dishes were cooked to perfection, with the flavors and seasonings perfectly balanced. In addition to the grilled dishes, there were also some alternative options for those looking for something different. Overall, our experience at The Culinary Workshop was delightful and we will definitely be returning in the future. The atmosphere, service, and food were all top-notch and the prices were surprisingly low. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience in Jerusalem.

A very cool place with excellent food. My friends and I had brisket, mushroom risotto and polenta. All three dishes were delicious, having an outstanding, rich flavor. In addition, I had a cocktail named "Black Mamba" which I enjoyed a lot. Service was fantastic, the waiters attended us regularly and took care of every concern or thought we had. The only downside is the place itself, from my point of view. It was dark and crowded, with relatively loud music. I would have felt more comfortable in a brighter, quieter and spacious location. A plus which should be mentioned is the vast parking space which the First Station has (although I haven't been there in peak hours).

The food was fine and the atmosphere also pleasant. A lot of effort is being put into everything being very modern, which is fine. The service I experienced was awful. At some point we simply stopped getting any more wine (which was supposed to be ‘endless’). I would have been very happy to pay for the wine if it had then meant we would have gotten any. Each time we asked for more wine, they politely nodded and ignored us and never brought us anything. After three or four times we simply gave up. Thank goodness we had bottled water with us in our backpacks. The service made us feel very uncomfortable and the mood of the mood of the evening was ruined.

For fans of gourmet cuisine and meat. There is a special offer for half a kilo of selected T-bone for two. We limited ourselves to the first courses, they are sooooo good. For my taste, they shove a lot of butter everywhere. The restaurant is not kosher and that gives it a special charm, especially in Jerusalem. In the evenings it is quite noisy inside and it makes sense to sit on the terrace. Excellent Israeli wine list. #lenarestrecall #ленагидизраиль_еда #restinisrael #едавизраиле #foodinisrael

One of chef Granit Jerusalem restaurants , not kosher. It’s necessary to reserve the table in advance. Service is friendly, fast and nice. Make sure that your table is far from the entrance door - it’s really cold and not cozy over there. Portions are big enough to share. Fish filet is good, but mashed potatoes as a side dish are pretty boring. Polenta is good, but Ceaser salad is boring. The food is normal, not too special, not too tasty. Pricey like all Israeli restaurants.

Excellent experience all around. Awesome ambiance and atmosphere. Hospitable, helpful staff. Incredible food. This is a 3 course meal plus dessert. We got several different plates to try and everything had a great flavor. The brisket had a Mediterranean fusion flair that made it my favorite. It’s a little on the pricy end but worth it. You may want to make a reservation if you arrive after 6 just to be safe. Located near First Station but just off the main road Hebron.
