Assamblage is a quaint boutique hotel and restaurant located in the hustle and bustle of TLV life. An authentic and somewhat ancient structure elevated. My husband and I recently planned a cocktail event for ~60 international guests on their rooftop. Very good breakfast There are different breakfast options: sandwiches, salads and eggs dishes. We’ve tried two positions from the menu: 1. Big assemblage breakfast. It’s eggs your way, couple of dips, salad, multigrain toasts, muesli with yogurt and fresh fruits. Hot or cold drink is included in this position. It was very delicious! Very bad service. On the hottest day at the year, they've opened all the doors and did not turn the A/C, when i mentioned it to the employee, he opened another door and made the place eve hotter!!!!!
