Minzar is the great Tel Aviv nightlife survivor. It has weathered greedy developers, restrictive licencing laws, a global pandemic, and nearby terrorist attacks, and is still going strong. Great beers (some just about affordable by Tel Aviv standards) served in proper glasses, super late opening hours, and a much improved food menu. It has been around since the early '90s which is why I choose to stick by it on visits to Israel, despite the absolute ghoul currently working the bar. Growing up in Israel, you have a fairly thick skin when it comes to customer service and what to expect, but the jaw-dropping levels of unapologetic awfulness flaunted by this guy - from slamming drinks in front of you to not even being arsed to tell you the price of something when all you're doing is trying to pay, answering in English when you address him in Hebrew (fluent Hebrew speaker to be clear, as am I), and mocking a customer who'd stormed out after being offended by his attitude - and these are just select highlights of an exhaustive list - would shock even the most feral of locals. I've been drinking at Minzar since the nineties and will still be there, long after this sad excuse of a server has been given the boot, but until then - any visit to Minzar will be enjoyed in spite of this guy's best efforts to make sure you run a mile the other way and...

This must be the little known gem of Tel Aviv. It appears to be rather average and understated from the outside, but once you enter you will experience some of the best food, vibes, and beer selection Tel Aviv has to offer. The food is reasonably priced, but what you get is gourmet cooking. I had the artichoke/sun-dried tomato pasta with the Caesar salad to start and my spouse had the Portabello mushroom burger and we were BLOWN AWAY - DELICIOUS. The overall vibe inside is chill and friendly with an eclectic music selection that MAKES...

A Tell Aviv citizen took me to this place.Local secret ?? A very well stocked bar, including Stuff made my two quite bizarre guys under the Trade Mark Jullius.Very good. The ambiance is very, very informal. The food is excellent, very eclectic, ,big portions, very modest prices by Tel Aviv standards . For instance : Matjes herring, tahini, icra, caesar salad, pulled pork,Chinese BBQ, Boeuf burginione, clam linguini, Flank steak on the same page Just outstanding. You may admire the demolition Of the defunct Alenbi movie hall. Open 24/7 Highly...

Tel Aviv is very high paced with lots of places open and close all the time. Stands out the iconic Minzar, which never disappoints with excellent beer selection, best food you can wish for (in a pub) and awesome signature vibe. Opens early on and always busy with market goers, tourists and later on with loyal crowds to finish the night. This place is a must.

Nice place. Open 24/7 which is very nice. If you want a place which is not crowded, take a sit in the upper floor. It has no wide selection of beers, which is a big downside. The dishes here are tasty, but not something that you mustn't miss. Worth a visit if you find yourself around here in a late night hour.

A Tel Aviv institution. Laid back bar with an excellent menu that changes constantly. This is not the place for refined dining, but the food is very good and on par with a casual restaurant. You can definitely go there for a meal. And they are open every day of the week.
