GOAT TLV — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

Came with friends for birthday, not only did the food take ages to come to table, 30 minutes after ordering i received a poorly presented sashimi “on ice” that came with a layer of melted ice underneath. The waitress tried to explain that this is how it is meant to come and then after trying to convince me otherwise reluctantly brought a manager that quickly took the plate away leaving me to wait another 30 minutes until I finally cancelled the dish feeling I waited too long without receiving any attention or from the serving staff. Nothing was offered in replacement and nothing was done to try and repair my broken experience and even when a different manager came at the end of the evening and only after I had to complain, all she could say is how much she did for our table( a round of shots when I was not even present and I was driving ) and how she was right and I was wrong WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE...

A great dance bar / restaurant. Well designed and offers wonderful food (just take into consideration it’s rates are on the high end).
