It was such a great experience. We went here a few weeks ago and I definitely don't regret. It was so unique and perfect. I loved the sitting area around the kitchen, the waiters were so nice, and really helped to the wonderful experience, even getting the menu at the end was just a perfect ending and a great memory (especially cause we didn't take any pictures because we were so caught up with enjoying the moment and experience) The food was served in so many ways. It was a full body experience, to hear about the dish and where it came from, to see the dish in its special and unique look and in the end to taste all the flavors. Every thing was so clean and fresh and very thought through. I didn't finish the evening hungry but also not full. I do wish they had more courses of food and not dessert ( but that is just because I don't like to much sweets) I can't say they had the best food I ever eaten (not all the dishes were to my liking) but you don't come here for perfect food you come here for the whole experience of it - and that they definitely nailed, it was for no doubt the best restaurant experience i ever had! so well done OCD. I definitely hope to visit again (maybe for the next menu). My favorite dish was "rainbow trout" and my least favorite was "dill parfait". Oh! They also let you buy some products to take home - definitely take home the olive oil jam I'm still enjoying it and very much...

The attention to detail, the careful calculation not to under/over feed the customers and the creativity of the dishes were amazing. I particularly liked the airy potato with a soup, a very savory chicken and the creative tiny entrees. The service was friendly and very attentive. Menu modifications based on dietary requirements, such as vegetarian were available. There were hooks for the bags under the counter - a nice touch. The overall experience reminded me of European one-star Michelin restaurants. I also really appreciated that tips were not accepted and included in the overall price. It was nice to be able to buy some of the jams and sauces home.

A few areas for improvement: The desserts were less delicate than the rest of the meal. It felt like the savory part got much more attention in the design. I would even reduce one of the dessert dishes in favor of delicacy and memorability. Hot drinks (an infusion or a coffee) didn't cost much, but were strangely not included in the price. While it's expected for alcohol, having something warm to drink to accompany the dessert as part of the meal would be more consistent with the experience. It would be an even nicer experience to get a quick overview of the whole experience. For example, "no-tips" policy was only explained to us in the end, and while pleasant, it could have saved...

One of the hardest reservations to get in israel. Had to get mine 5 month in advance but It was definitely worth it. It was on par with restaurants that have two michelin stars that I have had. Its safe to say that when michelin arrives to israel OCD will be on the top of the list. All of the dishes were creative and unique and they used every ingredient to the maximum. My favorites were the mackerel with dashi, it was soft and melted on my mouth with a strong umami taste from the dashi that was made out of kombu and roasted mushrooms (the same mushrooms in the taco) and the chicken chawmushi that was an omage to the chefs mother where they take his memory of grilled chicken every friday lunch that his mother made and remake differently every menu. The dish was complex with different textures and flavors that just went well together. The chef Raz Rahav is a culinary genius and every time he talked to you about the dish you could tell that he is still full of passion for the food he serves. I apologize that my camera has the quality of a toaster. Edit: I almost forgot but the olive oil jam was also genius and I could eat it with anything

It was really great! ‏We parked in a nearby parking lot two minutes walk from the restaurant. The restaurant itself seats about 20 diners and reservations must be made in advance. ‏The seating is at the bar and in the middle there is the kitchen with all the cooks and you can see their work really beautifully. By the way, you can see that they work clean and tidy. ‏After you sit down, the dishes start flowing. In my opinion, every 10 minutes or less a portion comes out. Small portions at first, then larger portions and desserts of course. With every dish comes an explanation about it. The dishes themselves are very special, many of them consist of a single raw material but in a variety of forms, textures and flavors. ‏We also talked to a few cooks who seem to be waiting for questions and making their time especially for you. ‏Overall, the restaurant is very special, they change the menu every few months. After reservation, you can ask for sutibale menu for you food preferences. ‏expensive but matches what you get so no complaints. ‏We will definitely come back, it was fun, tasty and very interesting.

It is an experience, that's for sure. You get a 12 course tasting menu (which changes every 3-4 months) The place is gorgeous and you can watch the chefs prepare and cook everything which is nice and interesting. The service was impeccable. I judge such restaurants by the taste of everything and by how special/unique/exciting the food was. In terms of how special everything was and the new flavors and techniques I tried for the first time, I would give this place 10/10. In terms of how everything tasted - most dishes were incredible (7 dishes out of 12), some were just ok, and a few were awful, unfortunately. For example, we got the beef tongue while our vegetarian friends got a fish, which was inedible becauseit tasted terrible. The last dessert was a chocolate praline, which was also awful. You know how sometimes you get a chocolate praline box from a supermarket as a gift and there are always a few pralines which you hate? This is how we all felt (6 of us). Because of that, I rank the food in terms of taste 7/10. I think overall, this place deserves 4.3/5 or 8.6/10.
