If there is a place that makes you feel home the moment you step in, that’s this one! We were welcomed into their family in just a second and made friends for life… amazingly kind family owned business. Rare human quality these days… We never went anywhere else during our stay. Why would we?!? The food is spectacular, cooked with authentic ingredients and lots of love! The lovely mom even cooked for us whatever our heart desired… no matter the official menu. As for the prices, they are far below the worth of their value! Would gladly pay double of what they ask without hesitation, anytime! We will definitely come back, even if only for visiting these amazing people and enjoy the best carbonara and tiramisu ever to see the face of the earth! Our trip to Sicily started in Aci Catena where we discovered Odissea Ristorante Pizzeria Bar. What a hidden gem, the food was excellent, and the service superb. Edwardo and his parents were so very heartwarming and welcoming to us. Being the first place, we ate at in Sicily it set the standard of expectations for food on our trip. As we navigated to all the destinations around Sicily in our two-and-a-half-week adventure we continued to look for and expect other places to be the same or better. Absolutely loved this place! We visited multiple times during our stay, and each time we were made to feel completely at home. Edoardo went out of his way to make sure we were having a wonderful experience and even shared great tips for exploring nearby attractions.

The food is incredibly delicious and made with such care that we found ourselves coming back every time we thought of eating out! They were even kind enough to cook pasta dishes of our choice, even if they weren’t on the menu.
