Trattoria gli Abbatazzi ‘’Cucina & Amore’’ — Restaurant in Acireale

Recently while staying in Acireale, four of us dined at La Locanda degli Abbatazzi. Salvatore was friendly and accommodating but more importantly, the steamed mussels, which I shared with another diner, were the best I ever put in my mouth. They were large, tender and delicious. For my main course, I had the mixed grill which included a whole sea bass. While I had no problem with it, one of the ladies in our party also ordered it and was finding it a bit daunting. Se state cercando un ristorante che vi faccia sentire come a casa, con piatti semplici ma deliziosi che richiamano i sapori della cucina della nonna, Abbatazzi è la scelta perfetta. E’ stata un’esperienza che mi ha lasciato tanta nostalgia e il desiderio di tornare presto. Tra i piatti che abbiamo assaggiato -Spaghetto alla Norma: Un classico della cucina siciliana, preparato con una semplicità che esalta i sapori autentici delle melanzane, del pomodoro fresco e della ricotta salata. Il piatto era perfettamente bilanciato, con ingredienti freschi e genuini. -Pasta con le Vongole: La pasta perfettamente al dente, come vuole la tradizione, con vongole freschissime che donavano al piatto un sapore di mare unico. Un piatto semplice, è perfetto. -Tonno Rosso Locale in Agrodolce: Il tonno, pescato localmente, era cotto alla perfezione e l’agrodolce aggiungeva una nota intrigante che non sovrastava il sapore naturale del pesce. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, caratterizzato da gentilezza ed educazione. Il personale è stato attento senza essere invadente, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con un sorriso. L’ambiente è accogliente e familiare, perfetto per una cena rilassante. Abbatazzi non è solo un ristorante, ma un luogo dove ritrovare i sapori della cucina casalinga, quella che ti riporta indietro nel tempo e ti fa sentire coccolato. Se desiderate una cena semplice, ma ricca di sapore e di cuore, questo è il posto che fa per voi. Sicuramente ci tornerò, e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque desideri un’esperienza culinaria che scalda il cuore nel centro...

We happened to find this place by chance while looking for somewhere to eat. They made place for us immediately even though they were very busy.
