Easily the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with complimentary wine and personally shown to our room, which was perfect for the two of us. The space was comfortably sized, with a large wardrobe, double bed, en-suite bathroom, fridge, and a TV with Netflix — ideal for a cosy evening after a long day of exploring (and trust me, you’ll be doing plenty of walking!). The free breakfast each morning was a solid 10/10 — tailored to your preferences, whether you fancy something sweet, savoury, or a mix of both.

We also highly recommend hiking the Path of the Gods for unforgettable views from Amalfi to Positano — the starting point is only around a 20-minute walk from the hotel, passing through the quaint high street of Bomerano.

As a tourist I felt we got all of the local specialities presented and served in one place. Would absolutely recommend going here for a dinner if you're in the area. The prices are really friendly as well.

Read moreWe honestly still left our hearts at Orti del Sole. This beautiful family-run place, cared for by Teresa, Luigi, and their children, gave us not just a stay—but a heartfelt experience. We had the pleasure of spending four days here, and they truly made it feel like a home away from home.
From breakfast to lunch and dinner, every meal was lovingly prepared to our preferences and executed perfectly. Their warmth and attention to detail were unmatched—this was easily the most memorable and genuine hospitality we experienced during our entire Europe trip.
