In the beginning everything seemed to be good, a very friendly service and then came a large group of exactly 12 people. From then on, the chaos started. The first order came in a reasonable period of time, but that was also the children's dishes. But after that, the other group who were there much later than we got all their dishes. Since we arrived, we have waited 1.5 hours for 5 pizzas. Meanwhile, the other group consumed much more elaborate dishes such as veal fillet with sauce and potatoes or squid. Then we got a red wine that we didn't order. When we asked about our food, they gave us bread, which was very likely a few days ago. You can't complain about the food you ordered, it's just Italians who usually make very delicious food. But wanting to give me a pizza with a burnt bottom is really a cheek. I could have done better with a frozen pizza. And in the end, they wrote us more on the bill than we had ordered. Accordingly, there were complications with the boss. I am very disappointed how much it lacked unprofessionalism. Included, the wine glass costs 20€ not the whole bottle. This is also not marked on the card. But it is also not pointed out that it is the glass and not the whole wine bottle. If you think now, then it has to be really high-quality wine. Wrong thought. I am not a sommelier, but I immediately recognized this wine. You can buy it at Lidl for a few euros. This is a real scam for my taste and you can also imagine what half of the bill made up. Dispiace sempre fare recensioni basse, soprattutto quando c'è qualità, come in questo caso. Purtroppo però, nonostante la pizza sia ottima, non si può dire lo stesso del servizio e dell'organizzazione in generale. Spesso è una cosa che succede quando si lavora con più posti a sedere di quanto il personale ne sia in grado di reggere, si lavora sulle quantità, sacrificando il servizio e l'attenzione al cliente. Il primo errore ci si è presentato quando, dopo aver ordinato le birre alla spina, ci arrivano tutte al tavolo tranne tre. Vedendo il cameriere che stava per andare via, lo avvisiamo del fatto che ci fossero altre tre birre, ci avverte del fatto che non fossero state segnate in precedenza e provvede a portarcele. Su consiglio stesso di chi ha preso il nostro ordine, avevamo chiesto 4 fritti misti come antipasto nell'attesa della pizza, per evitare di dover aspettare troppo tempo per iniziare a mangiare. Dopo le birre, passano i minuti e gli antipasti non arrivano. Dopo un bel po' la cameriera esce con alcuni piatti di fritto, si reca ad una tavolata che aveva ordinato dopo di noi, serve loro l'antipasto, e si presenta al nostro tavolo lasciandoci un solo piatto di antipasto. Abbiamo sentito un altro cameriere avvisare la ragazza che aveva sbagliato a servire prima l'altro tavolo, e che quegli antipasti sarebbero dovuti finire a noi, quindi non ci siamo lamentati ed abbiamo aspettato che ci arrivassero i rimanenti antipasti. La ragazza, uscendo nuovamente con dei piatti di fritto in mano, si è recata nuovamente al tavolo precedente, lasciando loro ancora piatti di fritto e lasciando noi invece senza. Dopo avere aspettato ancora senza venire serviti, chiediamo ad un altro cameriere che era di passaggio che fine avessero fatto i nostri antipasti, sentendoci rispondere un "adesso arrivano" molto sbrigativo. In tutto ciò, dopo aver continuato ad aspettare, senza che fossero mai arrivati gli antipasti sono arrivate le pizze, e di conseguenza abbiamo chiesto al cameriere che ci aveva servito le pizze di non portare più alcun piatto di antipasto, nel caso avessero magari finalmente deciso di portarceli, perché non l'avremmo mangiato, visto che avevamo già la pizza a tavola. Il fatto ancora più grave è stato poi esserci ritrovati 4 piatti di fritto misto sullo scontrino, quando abbiamo chiesto il conto. Chiaramente ci sono stati tolti dal totale, soltanto dopo aver fatto presente a chi era alla cassa che non avremmo pagato ciò che non ci era stato servito.
