Can’t wait to visit this restaurant again on my return to Sicily. I was first told about this restaurant when visiting my family in Agrigento. I was looking for a restaurant to make a good impression on some friends of mine I brought with me from New York, and boy were they right! What I loved about this place Is it uniqueness both in presentation and choice. It’s very difficult not to eat well when visiting Sicilian restaurants, However this restaurant was able to make excellent food with a touch of Novelle cuisine but maintaining its Sicilian roots. Great dinner! The ambience is great and the food is superb. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the food. I loved the scallops and the tartar (although I personally prefer tartar less minced). The flavor combination is very whimsical and innovative while being authentic. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would 100% recommend budgeting a bit the rest of the trip so you can come here for dinner.
