Terrible allergy handlers. They donât care for life threatening allergies and bringing me a plate with soy (I have a severe soy allergy) and then disappearing when I asked if what I was eating had soy. They left me stranded for 10 minutes not knowing what to do in case I had a reaction, then coming to the table saying it was soy but I shouldnât exaggerate and then making me pay for the food I didnât have because i decided to leave. Customer service 0, communication 0 a table next to us told us that they waited 2 hours for their food and we waiting more than 45 minutes for a few starters. The owner doesnât want to deal with anyone as she went away and brought someone else in when we told her the issue. She kept quiet behind us and is it wasnât her business and she didnât care if people were leaving unhappy from her restaurant. Not only unhappy with the food but because they nearly killed me, not even an apology from her. As an Italian person Iâm really disappointed about this experience as our food and service is known in the entire world, planned this dinner with my girlfriend and cousin since I came on holiday in Liguria. We even went to sushi restaurant and they were extremely attentive since thereâs soy everywhere and here they couldnât even bother to check. And on top the âmanagerâ (if we can considered as a manager) came over and told us his staff from the kitchen to the waiter werenât very bright. If you have to choose between this restaurant or a kebab I would choose a kebab. At least you know...
Read moreThe food here is really really really good!! The fries farinata was really the best thing ever. Make sure to book a table...also because I saw locals or "loyal" customers pass in front of us because they knew the waiters. The staff is great thought, they are welcoming and polite, especially the girl with red hair. It's a bit annoying that the kitchen doesn't let you modify your order...if I can't have parmesan I don't want parmesan in my plate! Also... I love dogs. But there was a couple next to us that had a dog that would bark literally to everyone living the store. It's not the dog's fault but the people who don't know how to raise him. In this case, it would be nice if the waiter offered them a table in a corner where the dog couldn't get anxious for the people passing by. We told the waiter that and he answered that those where loyal customers that always went there...well, that's why you get three stars instead of four. Every customer is...
