The 3 pasta dishes we tried were excellent - 2 were very much "classics", lasagne and tonnarelli alla carbonara but absolutely perfect - i haven't eaten a better carbonara - as were the local pasta with pesto and green beans. The antipasti were tasty too. Being really picky the panisse were slightly dry and overfried and there were some small condiments on the baccala dish which didn't really add anything in terms of flavour, but the baccala was delicious on its own.
