Don’t go to this restaurant!!!

The waiter was very rude to us, said that we couldn’t fit in 5 people even having another table of 5 already seated and a lot of empty tables in the restaurant. He also said that they were only serving meat, but we also saw people eating salad (like any other normal restaurant).

If it is the restaurant’s policy about number of people in the table or what to serve depending in who is your customer, its “fine”.

Siamo arrivati in questo locale, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo prenotare visto che eravamo in attesa che arrivassero altre 4 persone e ci è stato risposto di no, mia moglie chiede se nel frattempo potevamo mandare la bimba in bagno e ci è stato risposto che lo stavano lavando. Dopo 5 minuti e gli dico che la bimba aveva necessità di andare a far pipì e cosi la manda in bagno. Bagno che tutto sembrava tranne appena lavato. Siamo usciti salutando e dicendo che saremo tornati appena arrivati i nostri amici. Sempre il proprietario esce e ci dice grazie, voi siete quelli che dovevano andare solo in bagno, ed io ho risposto guardi che è lei che non prende prenotazioni e poi gli ho detto che saremmo tornati. Io già da questo comportamento avevo detto a mia moglie che non mi piaceva il titolare e che potevamo andare benissimo da un altra parte ma lei è voluta tornare. Ci facciamo un giro, arrivano i nostri amici e chiediamo un tavolo da 8 ci è stato risposto che potevano farci un tavolo da 3 e una da 5 perché non fanno tavoli con più di quelle persone. Va bene ci accontentiamo ci sediamo. 30 minuti per prendere l'ordinazione, la cameriera sembrava scocciata si siedono altre persone prendono le ordinazioni e cominciano a mangiare e noi che eravamo già li, ad aspettare. L'unica persona gentile è stato il ragazzo che cuoce la carne e devo dire anche molto bene, Titolare e le 2 cameriere molto ignoranti nei nostri confronti. Poi ho notato che poco prima delle 14 arrivavano delle persone che volevano mangiare e loro: no no alle 14 chiudiamo penso che non abbiano bisogno...

We were headed to another place in town that was closed when it was supposed to be open. Lucky for us, we found this gem! It’s been open for over 100 years and we could see why. Everything is very fresh and mostly homemade. They have these bombette (little sausage like meat rolls) in a sandwich. Very unique (and delicious) indeed.
