Così Com’era — Restaurant in Alberobello

Unfortunately, a very poor experience :( We waited about 15 minutes We went to the bar to make the order ourselves, but they sent us to the table saying they’d come - and they only came after more 15 minutes. And after waiting 1.5 hours we still hadn’t received our food. Eventually, we went to ask, only to find out that they had completely forgotten our order and haven't even started cooking it. In the meantime, the entire restaurant had turned over with new guests – people came in, got their food, ate, and left, while we were still just waiting… We felt invisible, especially since in all that time nobody even came to check on us or ask if we needed anything.

I Understand it’s chaos and there are many people, but c’mon – then hire more staff and there won’t be such problems.

The only part of our order that we did get was coffee and a croissant, which were good and fair enough, no need to pay for the coffee and croissant. But overall I definitely would not...

Great potential as the atmosphere is solid, place decorated really nice, but the stuff was rude as we were not allowed to choose the table despite the place was fairly empty none of the tables reserved. Portions fairly small and overpriced although fresh and in general ok. Another big minus to the place that we were not allowed to get breakfast menu although we were still within the timeframe period… overall disappointing

UPDATE: Your reply just proves my point, stuff was extremely rude as without any greeting we were just told not to seat in a rude manner and offered a place next to the other guests without any privacy, that’s why we moved the table following your permission. Table which we wanted to take in the first place was for 4 as all other free tables and not 6 people as you stated. You may still debate or like or not my feedback, but my experience was not satisfactory. Definitely not deserving 4.7 for average overpriced food and...

Ok, so…we entered this place, as it looked very nice and had nice reviews. We wanted to use the bathroom and wash hands before eating anything. While on a line to the bathroom, we were approached by the waitress who informed us that „It’s a restaurant and not a BAR, you need to order first”. I went to the table and my friend was using the bathroom. For the whole time I was waiting for her, no one approached me to collect the order. When my friend came back from the bathroom, I went there and ask her to order me a breakfast. When the waitress approached our table while I was away, she told my friend I already ordered (inside her head I guess) and confuse my friend with that statement. After our order has been serce, it turned out they gave an orange juice with the ice, although it has been stressed twice, we wanted no ice.
