Mediocre sushi place ... reminds me of all you can eat places in all Italy of we talk about quality of food...

You probably go to more expensive places to enjoy the quality of product, service and atmosphere and this place hasn't meet my expectations considering the price and that it was recommended by Michelen. My tuna on nigiri was so spicy (even though it should be literally tuna and rice) I could not feel the tuna taste (or any taste for next 5 mins), rice wasn't good. Also it was my partner birthday and we wanted to taste some cocktails which is fingers advertised for but there was no barman this night. It gave me kinda incomplete impression. The location and the ambiance of this 'place' clearly create much too high expectations that they cannot meet.

Upon arrival, they immediately said they were 'overbooked,' promised an outdoor table but didn’t follow through (even though there were clearly empty tables throughout the evening, but don’t sit inside, as you’ll feel pushed into a corner). Except for one young guy (who seemed genuinely sorry for us), the rest of the staff was 'too busy,' they were out of wine, delivered the wrong order, long wait times for service (we’re still waiting for the dessert menu), and to top it off: when you bring it up while paying the bill, you get an arrogant look and they casually say, 'We were very busy today, because we were overbooked.' Premetto che quando sono in un ristorante di pesce e sento la puzza di pesce non è mai un buon segno, e così è stato. Ci sono tanti camerieri che fanno tutto e ti mandano in confusione perché non conoscono i nomi dei piatti e sperano che i commensali allunghino la mano per prendersi il proprio piatto e farli uscire dall’imbarazzo. Siamo stati in una veranda semi chiusa e nessuno ci ha chiesto il green pass. Molte persone in piedi senza mascherina non richiamata dal personale. Il DJ, che stringeva le mani a tutti i camerieri che gli passavano davanti, aveva fatto un’ottima selezione di musica con un volume poco consono a quello che vuole cercare di essere: un ristorante. Al Dj era consentito fumare beatamente la sua IQos dalla sua postazione all’ingresso e quindi anche uscita della cucina in questa veranda semi chiusa. È inutile specificare che a noi non era concesso. Una cameriera orientale di mezza età mentre ci ha versato il vino, non richiesto almeno con un gentile “posso?”, gran parte lo ha buttato fuori dal bicchiere. Altro aspetto è che mangerete comodi solamente se sarete un numero pari di persone altrimenti ti restringono. Quindi chi è in un tavolo con un numero pari di persone è agevolato. Consiglio vivamente di raggirare il numero di commensali per le vostre prossime prenotazioni e portare il vostro numero ad un numero pari, qualora foste dispari. Non devono esistere clienti di serie A e clienti di serie B. Ho pagato tanto quanto gli altri ma a 40 cm dal tavolo perché sbattevo le mie gambe contro i miei commensali. Qualità del cibo mediocre, per questo due e non una stella....
