KFC — Restaurant in Arese

Very disappointing visit. I've never been served such undercooked chicken at a fast food, let alone in a KFC. The breading was so raw you could separate the flour from the dough.

Upon asking the staff to recook some of my tenders (I didn't ask for new ones, only literally just cook more the ones I already have), I was met with disdain and an initial resistance. According to the staff on shift, the tenders were cooked. No, they were not, and if someone is so ignorant about food, they should not be behind a restaurant counter.

Eventually I was served a fresh batch, which was a nice gesture from them. Despite asking to "extra cook" the chicken, it was still much behind what it should have been. Highly discourage visiting.

Un mese dopo l'inaugurazione del centro commerciale in cui risiede ho avuto modo di provare le proposte di questo marchio che si pone come un riferimento assoluto nell'ambito fast food a livello internazionale; e come giusto che sia, mi attendevo qualcosa di diverso, gustoso, preparato con cura che non lasciava dubbi sia in termini di qualità e di gusto visto il rimarcare dell'utilizzo di una preparazione accurata che si differenzia e coinvolge il cliente. Lasciando il beneficio del dubbio a seguito della nuova apertura e all'eventuale rodaggio nella preparazione dei panini proposti, ho voluto ritentare recentemente per la seconda volta nel disperato (!!!) tentativo di trovare una motivazione a tale blasone : TUTTO DA RIFARE!!!!!! Panini appena tiepidi curati in modo approssimativo, quantità di farcitura basse, patatine senza sapore fredde e dolci scontati format non raggiungono neanche la sufficienza sotto nessun punto di vista, senza considerare il controllo inesistente nei tavoli sporchi e le operatrici di cassa che alla seconda domanda lecita ovviamente si indispongono nel tentativo di sveltire l'acquisto. Attualmente il mercato e le alternative offrono molta scelta su vari marchi pronti a soddisfare la voglia di assaggiare un hamburger con del pollo fritto croccante e saporito, mi risulta sia il primo punto vendita in Italia e spero valutino al meglio come aprire, proporre e gestire il...

service at 10% or even less!. the staff at KFC Arese are uneducated! from cashier to the cleaner, If you are going to be closing the cashier, atleast close the teller and advice the customers waiting for you, Put some signage that you are not allowing people to sit on tables without their trays or atleast the receipt.
