Very tasted food with affordable pricing. I am really in love with Pad Thai and fried udon.

Then I MUST give 3* for customer services, your management team REALLY have to take it really seriously !!! Clearly you can see that there are too much negative comments in here- which is complaining about customer services, we have been eating here many many times ,then for like about one month till now, there is one ASIAN looking waitress - female ( I don't know if she is new or moving from other restaurant) always have strongly aggressive attitude - WORST attitude for working in customer services career!! She always looks very annoyed and rude even we think we have never doing anything to upset her. ( even with another customer we could tell! ) She always works like weekday , at 4-5pm and if you can able to check it, please kindly check with your own restaurant CCTV! We will still come for your food but not for this horrible...

CIBO RISCALDATO, SCADENTE, NON DICHIARATO NEL MENÙ E MALESSERE DOPO IL PASTO! Do una stella perché meno non si può dare. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo deciso di cenare in questo posto per cena. Dopo aver preso le ordinazioni (per me spaghetti di soia e gamberi in agrodolce e per lui un riso thai piccante e del manzo di secondo), nel giro di 1 minuto il riso è arrivato... un tempo mai visto che fa pensare che le pietenze servite siano più che riscaldate. Dopo qualche minuto arrivano i miei spaghetti di soia: insapore, con verdure non riconoscibili e bagnatissime, salsa di soia acquosa sul fondo e tre gamberetti duri e dal sapore terribile. Dopo aver terminato a fatica il piatto, ci arrivano i secondi. Anche il servizio si dimostra pessimo: portano i piatti senza togliere quelli dei primi, io resto con il piatto in mano senza sapere dove metterlo con la promessa da parte della cameriera di un futuro ritiro; alla fine però passa un suo collega che con fare poco educato mi toglie il piatto dalle mani. Arriviamo al secondo. I miei gamberi in agrodolce non avevano niente a che vedere con ció che avrebbero, almeno parzialmente, dovuto essere: avevo nel piatto 6 gamberi contati, un quantitativo industriale di peperoni (non dichiarati ovviamente nel menù, cosa molto GRAVE), la salsa sapeva solo di peperoni e idem i gamberetti. La qualità del pesce si ripresenta la stessa dei primi e mi rifiuto di terminarlo. I tried out this restaurant just to change. Food is not bad service not that totally satisfied. Staff were kind but i order at 9:30 in the evening and they told me that they are closing and I can only buy for take out but I prefer to eat here instead they let me order then when my food served I ask for spicy sauce and they told me that the sauce is already inside so they can’t give me what I want. I ask to another staff and she told me ok I get it but at the end they never give what I asked....
