This is the latest of the ipercoop chain grand constructions!!!If you do the highway ,take the 'arese 'exit and in a few minutes you will find a huge colossal Greek looking building structure looming in front of you!!!And I will say it is apt that they have chosen this design as the building is situated in the famous ex Fiat factory grounds. Ok-Why choose this place to do shopping? You find everything under one roof.Mainly clothes , shoes and toys .well served food stalls and restaurants with choices of vegan to normal. If you are a KFC fan ,you will find it here as it is rare in italy. There is an american style maxi burger restaurant and 'Piadinas' and much more!! If you want cheap made in turkey clothes you have 'primark',if u fancy American style you have 'Gap',original marines,Benetton ...you name it!!!There is gamestop,Toycenter store for kids and play areas internal and external for kids. There are famous bookshops with a huge collection, shops dedicated only for cycling. As the building has 2 floors ,if you get tired you can gaze about from the 2nd floor and see a city moving beneath you!! Or admire one of the vintage cars in show. After shopping when decide to go home, you have to walk a bit for the carparking as it is vast and if you have a good memory you will find it easily. There is a cheap gas station if you want to refill at the exit but there is always a long queue!!If you don't have a car, there are blue coloured bus services to milano and other places. Read moreIl Centro Arese is easily one of the best shopping malls I’ve been to. It has a great mix of local and international brands, and the whole place feels modern, clean, and well-designed—a really enjoyable place to spend a day shopping.
The mall has several anchor stores, including Iper La Grande, a massive supermarket where you can find just about anything, and Primark, perfect for grabbing trendy clothes at great prices. Zara, H&M, and Abercrombie & Fitch are also here, making it easy to update your wardrobe. No matter what you’re looking for—fashion, home goods, or everyday essentials—this mall has it all.
One of my favorite parts of shopping here is taking a break at one of the beautiful restaurants scattered throughout the mall. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a spritz and a bite to eat before diving back into shopping. The coffee bars are excellent too, and I loved spending time at the bookstore, which has a great selection.
Everything is well-maintained, including the bathrooms, which are spotless—something I always appreciate in a busy shopping center.
Overall, Il Centro is a fantastic mall that I’d highly recommend. Whether you’re looking to shop, relax, or just spend a leisurely day exploring, this place has something...
Read moreA great mall!
We were heading down south, having some time to kill on our way. This huge mall is located more or less besides the main highway and is easy to access.
Lots (and free) parking of course. Some outside and many more underground.
It has more than 200 stores and is - what I believe - the biggest mall in Italy. The setting is very nice, lots of light and daylight are flooding the mall. Even with lots of shoppers it doesn't feel crowded, since there is a lot of space between the shops.
We loved the fact that they had a "Bath And Body Works" shop here. Three liquid soaps for 15 Euros (on sale) was a great deal.
Besides that, "Primark" has a huge, two-story branch here. Lots of great stuff, starting as low as 3 Euros for some light T-Shirts.
If you feel hungry, "Alice Pizza" is a good place to grab a bite. A crispy dough, topped with fresh ingredients (prosciutto crudo and salmon was great). Get some good wine (and great Limoncello) at the "Signorvino" store right next to it.
We had a good time here and we will surely stop by again next time we're heading down south. Also nice: Dogs...
