Roadhouse Grill — Restaurant in Arese

We have ordered Wok, that consisted of: grilled vegetables sometimes ago and lukewarm grilled meat (we took chicken and beef) with the drizzle of pre-made mango or similar type of sauce. While the service was good, the food was way below the average. They took the woks away after we complained, we then ordered burgers and the meat in one was medium well done, which we couldn’t eat, so they had to remake the burger from zero. So the overall experience was a disappointing, we really didn’t expect that kind of food quality.

In addition to the fact that many food places in that food court with even McDonald’s having better rating which we thought is mysterious given that the menu was really good we definitely will not go there again. È stata la mia prima volta assoluta da Roadhouse, e devo dire che sono rimasto davvero colpito! Ho ordinato da asporto e tutto è andato liscio dall’inizio alla fine. In più, sono contento di dare i miei soldi a un’azienda italiana – è bello sostenere chi lavora bene nel nostro Paese! 🇮🇹

✅ Punti Positivi: • ✅ Staff gentilissimo e servizio veloce – Anche con il take-away, il personale è stato attento e disponibile. • ✅ Maxxi Burger impressionante – Il più grande e ricco che abbia mai mangiato! E parlo con esperienza: ho provato burger in posti come McDonald’s, Burger King, In-N-Out, Arby’s, Five Guys, Shake Shack, Carl’s Jr., Hardee’s… Questo Maxxi li batte tutti per dimensioni, gusto e qualità della carne. • ✅ Patatine incluse e super croccanti – Una combo perfetta, e già comprese nel menu! • ✅ Ottimo imballaggio per l’asporto – Tutto ben confezionato e ancora caldo all’arrivo. • ✅ Location moderna e accogliente – Anche se ero solo di passaggio per il ritiro, si nota la cura nell’ambiente. • ✅ Promo bomba una volta a settimana: Maxxi Burger al -50%! 😱 Un’occasione imperdibile per chi ama gli hamburger seri.

⚠️ Osservazioni: • ❗ Il coperto da 2 euro per chi consuma sul posto è un po’ alto per una catena, ma per l’asporto non viene applicato, quindi tutto ok. • ❗ Un piccolo consiglio da appassionato di burger: ci starebbe benissimo un po’ più di spread o salsa all’interno del panino. Darebbe ancora più succosità e carattere al tutto!

💡 Suggerimenti costruttivi: • 🍹 Sarebbe bello trovare qualche bevanda alternativa alle solite bibite industriali – magari una selezione italiana o artigianale analcolica.

Honestly, the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the staff member Rania — she was the epitome of professionalism and kindness. She helped us a lot, explained the menu clearly, and was the only one who spoke Arabic, which made communication much easier and more comfortable.
