Terrible experience. We waited over 45 minutes for water, 20 more for someone to take our order, and another 30 minutes for a charcuterie board—all while other tables that arrived after us were being served full meals. We eventually had to leave without receiving our pasta. To make matters worse, when my wife went to pay, a customer—clearly friends with the owner—insulted her for pointing out the poor service. When I tried to record the incident, the owner became hostile and pushed us out. The blatant favoritism, unprofessionalism, and disrespect made this one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. In face the server mentioned that the owners forget things all the time and she apologized. She said we should just leave and not pay (this was even before we went to the till).

Das Schaufenster mit den alten Töpfen und die Sitzmöglichkeiten unter den Arkaden, so wie "Tartufo" haben uns den ausschlaggebenden Grund gegeben hier den Abend bei einem schönen Wein und einem schönen Essen ausklingen zu lassen. Das Essen war wirklich spitzenmäßig, alles selbstgemacht (habe ich auch so erwartet) ! Ganz besonders sei hier das Personal hervorzuheben. Die Kellnerin, die wie sie sagte "neu war" bediente uns als ob Sie schon Jahre in gehobener Küche unterwegs war. Ein tolles Erlebnis, mit leckeren Essen und freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen! Wir kommen wieder.

Absolutely grateful to the kind owner that did not turn us away when we asked for the table. Not only did he seat us, he served us an amazing meal which is one of the best we've had during our time in Tuscany. The gnocchi with ragu was cooked perfectly and the sauce delicious. The fillet crostata with prosciutto and truffle was savory, tender and scrumptious. The roasted eggplant as a side dish was the perfect companion, we didn't leave a bite. I was shocked. I waited with my husband for 40 minutes before getting some water. A table next to us offered some water. After an hour and asking again, we received the wine and an antipasto. In the meantime a friend of the owner who came after with a friend was already served and almost finished and other two tables already had their dessert. I kindly asked the bill.I said that it was not ok to wait almost two hours for one plate of the pasta and just because we didn't know anyone we had to be forgotten. I didn't say anything else. Terribile service, total lack of education, favouritism. 0 star for me....
