Al Centrale — Restaurant in Bardolino

We’ve been regular visitors to Al Centrale for several years and on our first day we gravitated towards it for a couple of drinks to watch the world go by.

We appreciate that 7pm is a busy food service time but after sitting down (amongst several empty tables and others with drinks only) we were told it was food only until 10pm and we’d have to leave.

I would expect that with cocktails, wines and non-alcoholic drinks our contribution to revenue would be far more than a couple of pizzas but despite saying we were long standing visitors we were practically ushered from the premises.

Luckily next door has no such rules and that’s where we’ll be spending our money this holiday and on future trips. I’m sure it’ll be no miss to Al Centrale but it leaves a bitter taste given our prior fondness...

You have the best view , Food except the waitress ( ANNA ) she’s showing very high attitude and not welcoming at all since first second we reached and asked for table , as well when she bring the food to the table shes asking ME where to put the food In very loud voice !!! As well she started pull all tables and chairs around in very aggressive bad way , people started looking at her!!! we don’t have any idea what’s going on with her angered !! Ci sediamo e già passa tempo cospicuo per prendere una ordinazione SENZA PORTARE UN MENU.

Una bottiglietta d'acqua e una crepes alla Nutella.

Purtroppo per me ero seduto guardando direzione lago e noto dopo almeno altri 10 minuti che la camerira esce con tre crepes.

Una viene portata ad un tavolo, l'altra ad un altro tavolo.

La terza rientra e dopo un po' riesce. Casualmente la nostra. Così sono riusciti a farla arrvare fredda.

Porzione che è la metà di quanto viene portato normalmente negli altri locali, e altra GENIALATA: viene portata su un piattino ma sopra un tovagliolino di carta. Così si è appiccicata al tovagliolino. Roba proprio da mono-neurone e pure moribondo.

L'acqua non viene portata assieme alla crepes. Poco male, sollecito alla cameriera che senza sucusarsi dice che sarebbe arrivata subito... Tanto subito che anche a crepes finita non

Alla cassa faccio presente il disservizio e la "poco simpatica" signorina un urla di stornare l'acqua dal tavolo 16.

Faccio presente che secondo me la crepes non era con vera Nutella ma con sottomarca... Sempre urlando chiede alle colleghe di portare e mostrarmi il vasetto che, per la cronaca, non è pervenuto.

Conto di 5,50€ per una crepes schifezza, mi ha lasciato sorpreso.. E alla mia domanda se fosse il prezzo corretto, mi ha risposto: non ti hanno portato il menu?

No, il menu non lo hanno portato, quindi il prezzo non lo ho letto.
